Techie Kids App helps students grades 2nd and 3rd to learn robotics and coding through interactive LEGO-based lessons. Designed for classroom use, the app provides step-by-step guidance, creative challenges, and STEM-aligned content that supports hands-on learning and critical thinking.
Techie Kids App offers lessons that consist of detailed instructions to assemble the Lego model, programming section that allows to complete guided instructions and create programs that will be executed on built Lego models, as well as it offers kids fun time to experiment, create their own programs and Play!!!
At Techie Kids LLC (as data controllers “Techie Kids,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are firmly committed to your privacy as well as the privacy of your child. We want you, as a teacher and parent and/or legal guardian (collectively “Parent(s)”) to feel safe and have full confidence in our handling of your data, whether you use our mobile application (“App”), our websites, which include our main website at https://www.techiekids.fun/ (“Sites”) or or otherwise interact with us (collectively referred to here as our “Services.”).
We’ve prepared this Privacy Policy to explain how and why we treat the personal information we collect, and how you can exercise your rights. We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy carefully, and if you have any questions, please contact us as set forth in “Contact Us” below.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Parents are in control. Teacher at school who is supervising and teaching Robotics classes by using Techie Kids App downloads our App and set up a login for the class students/children as part of our initial setup process. During this set up we do not ask or collect any personal information like First and Last name, age or contact details. Teacher only creates username and password for student to access the Robotics lesson in the App, so that teacher can easily distinguish between different profiles during the class.
The App is a closed ecosystem. Our Services are not designed to allow children to access the wider internet or share any personal information with anyone.
No ads. We do not display any advertising within our Services.
Our informational site https://www.techiekids.fun/ is designed for adults, and we use standard web tracking technology on this site to support our analytics efforts We do not collect use data from children.
We may partner with third parties, who use industry-standard technologies such as cookies to track visitors to our adult-oriented Site. These third parties use this data to encourage adults to request information on the Techie Kids App.
Techie Kids App is offered free of charge and we do not charge Parents or School or Teachers for the services offered in the Techie Kids App.
The App does not collect any biometric identifying information such as facial geometry or voice prints. The App will not ask for your physical location or other sensitive information, such as race, sexual orientation, or health information.

We offer Techie Kids App free of charge to several local schools and non-for profit center IMAG FREE and we do not have any trial or paid version of the App. Thus, we do not collect or store any payment information om our side.

When you contact us, such as to request information on our website, we may collect your name, email address, and phone number and any other information you provide us during our communication.
B. Marketing and Advertising our Products and Services
We do not market or advertise to children in the Services.
Finally, we use cookies or similar technologies on our site to improve Adult visitor experience and tracking analytics.
We do not use cookies or similar technologies in the App for any purposes, however.
We never disclose your personal information to third parties for their own advertising.

3. Children’s Privacy
We know that children deserve special, enhanced privacy protections. That’s why we develop our App and Services to ensure that teachers that conduct robotics classes are in control. Teacher creates a login for students in the class, in particular, we collect the student username and password, so that teacher can easily distinguish between different profiles during the class. We do not collect any personal information of the child.
